— Machine wash cold, gentle cycle only

— Do not tumble dry — no dryer, ever

— Air dry flat or on a hanger away from direct sunlight

— Do not wring or twist the fabric

— Do not bleach or use harsh detergents

— Iron on low heat only if needed — never iron directly over the Good Days Ahead patch

— Do not dry clean

— Wash inside out to preserve the colour and protect the patch

— For best results wash with similar colours and similar weight garments

On pilling:

400gsm heavyweight fleece is dense and durable but washing with rough fabrics or on a heavy cycle can cause pilling over time. Gentle cold wash always.
