1.1 About Us

1.2 Acceptance
By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use our site.
1.3 Products & Colours
We make every effort to display colours accurately. Screen settings vary; the colour you see may differ slightly from the product you receive.
1.4 Custom Sleeves & Add-Ons
All sleeve-design patches are made to order. Artwork is printed or embroidered directly onto the garment, and slight placement variation (+/- 1 cm) may occur.
1.5 Pricing & GST
All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time due to changing costs of business. Changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
1.6 Payment
We accept Shopify-powered methods (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Payment is captured at checkout.
1.7 Shipping

Carriers | Australia Post, Aramex, or another reputable logistics partner chosen at our discretion. Tracking is emailed once your parcel leaves our studio. |

1.8 Intellectual Property
All content, designs and imagery are owned by The Yuzu Tote or our licensors. Do not reproduce without permission.
1.9 Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the ACL. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupply of the goods or the cost of resupply.
1.10 Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] which complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
1.11 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
We stand by the quality of our products and comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2.1 Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault, is damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, email hello@theyuzutote.com within 14 days of delivery and include:
the order number;
clear photos of the issue
Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange:

a repair or replacement; or
-
a full refund to your original payment method.
Where a return is required, we will cover return postage or, at our discretion, waive the need to return the item.
2.2 Exclusions – Custom Products
Custom sleeve-design items are created just for you. They cannot be returned or refunded for reasons other than those listed in 2.1.
2.3 Refunds Processing
Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of confirmation and will appear in the same form of payment you used at checkout. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was proven faulty.
2.4 Missing Parcels
If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, first lodge an enquiry with the carrier, then contact us. We will help where possible but cannot be responsible for parcels after delivery is confirmed.
2.5 Exchanges
For speed, please place a new order for the item you’d like and return the original under 2.1.
2.6 Missing Parcels
If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, lodge an enquiry with Australia Post or the courier partner assigned to you, then email us. We’ll assist where we can but are not responsible for parcels lost after delivery is confirmed.
