We ship from Australia. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your cart.

Delivery timeframes vary by zone (metro vs regional/remote) and carrier network conditions, so the estimated delivery window shown at checkout is the reference for your order.

Free Shipping (Australia)

Shipping Zones (Australia)

We use three shipping zones based on your postcode (calculated automatically at checkout). Zone 1 (Core Metro) typically includes major capital-city metro areas (e.g., Sydney/NSW Metro, Melbourne/VIC Metro, Brisbane/SEQ Metro, Perth Metro, Adelaide Metro). Zone 2 (Outer Metro & Regional) typically includes outer-metro suburbs and larger regional centres. Zone 3 (Remote & Extended) typically includes remote/very regional areas and carrier-defined “extended” postcodes. Your exact zone, shipping rate, and delivery estimate will always be shown at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on orders $149+ to eligible Australian delivery zones only.

Zone 1 (Core / Metro) — orders $149+

Not eligible for free shipping

Free shipping does not apply to:

Zone 2 and beyond (regional/extended zones)
Remote / very remote areas where carrier pricing is significantly higher
International orders

If your address is not eligible for free shipping, the correct shipping rate will automatically appear at checkout once you enter your delivery address.

Paid Shipping (Australia)

For delivery zones outside free shipping eligibility (including Zone 2+), shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout. This reflects carrier pricing based on your location and parcel weight/size.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once the address is updated and shipping is paid.
